Only if all other means of correcting his behavior have been tried and he refuses to repent. First, one person should speak with him; if he refuses to listen, then two other people should speak with him; if he still refuses, the entire congregation is to be told, so they can urge him to repent. If he refuses after all this, the pastor and elders should eject him from the congregation. This is so the congregation is protected from evil influences.

If he repents at some later time, he should be welcomed back with joy, just as God welcomed us back to Him when we were Born Again.

Yes, but your reasons should be based solely on scripture, not personal bias.

In the New Testament the early church had to exclude a man because he married his mother-in-law, and later we find out he repented and came back to the church, so it was an effective means of dealing with the issue.

First, ask God in prayer. Don't ask on an internet forum where people who are not Christians claim to be Christians just to give you false advice.

"he is doing against what we being taught..............." Maybe you should focus on English class and no so much on religion.
