A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). I'm 18, 52kg... I've been working out 40 mins to winsor pilates dvds every night for a month now. Also always eat breakfast (i just ate oatmeal) and stay away from white flour and bad carbs like white bread , pasta, and no sugar either.
All I did really was cut out all junk food, pop, carbs, sugar, worked out for 40 mins a night. There is no secret really.
if you starve urself all day, ull just binge during the night.

I have tried the cereal diet in which you consume only two small bowls of cereal a day and sustain the diet until you reach your goal weight. The setback is that you become sick of the diet and stop, feel very hungry and end the diet, become weak and faint. But it really works as the calorie count is really low. Remember to drink 8-10 glasses of plain water to keep yourself "full"...
