Take Benadryl or another antihistamine. Also read labels. It is possible to eat chicken without knowing it. Chicken is in a lot of hot dogs, bologna, lunch meats and even sausage. I have to watch also since I am allergic to chicken and turkey.

you can get an anti-itch cream or something but stay away from the chicken
