I know a lot of people say to eat a big breakfast. I usually just eat special K cereal but today.. I had special k cereal [a little more then I usually have], 1% milk [100 calories], a piece of whole wheat bread [90 cal] and a banana [110 calories..it was sorta big]

I sorta feel sick from eating too much but was that a good breakfast? I don't know if this matters but I'm on a 1200-1400 calorie diet plus I work out.

Cereal isn't the best choice. Bread isn't either. Avoid processed foods. Eat more veggies and fruits and whole grains (even though they say whole grains cereal and bread are processed from grains) The less processes your grains go through, the better they are nutritionally.

Seek the advice of a doctor or dietician/ nutritionist.

Well if you planned to run a marathon then you had a breakfast to help you get ready. See what people don't realize that just because your on a calorie limit doesn't mean you can just eat anything. If you eat too many carbs that you're body needs then your body is going to store it as fat. Same with protein, or fat.

id be asking where is your protein? small amount of protein (and no...milk doesnt have a valid amount in it) can help make you feel fuller longer and spread the energy release from carbs out so you have more stamina.

replace a part of breakfast with an egg, some cheese or a protein shake.

eat to where you feel content , but feel like u can eat a tiny bit more. thats where you should stop.

eat slowly, it takes 20 mins for ur brain to figure out its full.

p.s. the best cereal i eat is, raw oats, with dried fruit and nuts, and milk over it, its good.

My rule is never eat more then you feel you should. It sounds healthy enough, but if it was too much for you then you should cut back.
