Your question is actually an interesting one which allows for a unique line of thought. I do agree that it would not make sense for "atheists"/those who don't believe God and Heaven exist, to go to Heaven. On another note, some of the responses have somewhat bashed atheism, which I might state is judgmental, and thus not very "Christian-like". There are some really great people that are atheist, who lead better lives than Christians, and vice versa. I personally wouldn't classify myself as an "atheist" but since I don't make an affirmative statement that God exists, people classify me themselves. People just need to be open-minded to what other people think, especially re: religion and consider the multitude of possibilities, none of which we can absolutely affirm until "that time comes". Again, I liked the question.
In addition, it isn't unintellligence or immaturity that creates atheists. Sometimes it's a choice, sometimes it can be a person's way of rebelling. The remark that not believing in god is like acting like 4 year old is in itself unintelligent. You do realize that the opposite could be stated? "Why don't Christians stop living the life of God and just accept that he doesn't exists?" I would never ask that question seriously, but it is just the same as the "4-year-old" comment. It's unfair and unsupported.

Your assumption is that all and sundry thinking human beings are atheists/agnostics and Christians are all stupid. thankfully, having faith has no longer something to do with how clever you're. i understand quite a few Mensa individuals who're additionally very religious Christians and that i understand some enormously unschooled individuals who're no longer. i hit upon it annoying to have faith that our bodies have been prepare thoroughly by using random injuries. Its exciting that the wellness care professional who stumbled on the double helix shape of the DNA molecule believed that it replaced into too complicated to effect from risk. on the grounds that he replaced into additionally an athiest, he concluded that existence could have been planted right here by using aliens (which of direction begs the question of how the aliens began ...) Sorry you're so bitter and indignant approximately Christians. wish you get to the factor the place you could look at Christianity relatively and brazenly relatively than prejudging it as a bunch of fairytales for individuals that are greater stupid than you. once you get there, enable me understand and that i might like to have an elementary communique with you approximately it.

Why not? Wishing that they use their brain to seek for the true meaning of the existence of the One True God and live decently to enjoy the heavenly bliss.

Atheists go to a place they never believed in?
How is that using your brain?
Many atheists base their beliefs on a REFUSAL to look at evidence, rather than on the existence of evidence. With literally billions of people throughout time claiming to have had personal relationships with God, you would think that an intelligent person would want to try it out rather than stubbornly refuse to believe in something they claim can't be proven.
How intelligent is it, really, to just act like a 4-year-old and refuse to try?

I believe that if there were a God he would want free thinkers who were willing to explore all kinds of beliefs instead of religious zealots who were obsessed with theological dogma. I look at evangelical Christians and see something that is totally incompatible with and insulting to any God.

no because if you used logic, you would not know weather there is a God or not as the nature of logic is based on experience and posteriori, so how could you use logic to prove or disprove the existence of a god?

Here we go again -- another atheist claiming intellectual superiority and calling Christians stupid.
Why are some atheists so intolerant and judgmental?

Uh, wtf? Using my powerful atheist brain to conclude that there's no god will get me to heaven? What kind of logic is that?
