A whole egg (white and yolk) ranges from 68 to 96 calories depending on size. I'd go with 75 cal when using medium eggs.
The important thing though is that eggs are proven to curb cravings for other "bad" foods especially when eaten for breakfast. This only applies fully when you eat the whole egg. Not as effective with egg white.
There was a popular diet in the 90s I think that involved a lot of hard-boiled eggs for that reason exactly.
I wouldn't worry about the cholesterol in it except if you have a specific medical problem or you eat more than 3 eggs a day. On the other hand I'm not a dietitian...

Egg whites in general are low calorie. One whole egg only has about 60 calories if i'm not mistaken so an egg white probably has a fraction of that. You could eat them plain with a side of turkey bacon or make an egg white omelet.
