I am beginning to think that the software that changes your real ip address is eventually going to run out of available ips . i think that eventually you will have all of those ips banned or blocked so that you are left with software that does not provide an available ip that is not been already tracked and blocked , is it true?
any solutions?

easy get what is known as an ip scrambler. it'll make the "enemy" computer think your ip address is not what it actually is. Hoever an ip scrambler is very expencive about $2,500.00 quoted at a high school info/drug trade that got bustedup in my old hometown.

What you're saying is possible in theory. The reality is that there are so many available IP addresses available that it would years for you to run out unless, of course, entire IP ranges had been blocked. That does also happen. In that case, you could just switch to using proxy servers or you could do it the Medieval way and simply use a router. When your router's IP address gets detected/blocked then you could replace it with another one.
