Ok I met this guy he has a gf but they always fight and they are just not a couple its like they were just living together anyway we hit it of we liked eachother and in sleept with him 5 times and he went to take her back interstate to get rid of her and then come back to me but he got locked up for driving without a licence and he got 12 for past convictions of the same thing he rings me like 7 times a day from prison and says that he loves me and is coming back to me i trust him i just dont want to wait for him then he dont come back. I dont know whether i should wait or what i really like him and i trust he likes me to

Move on don't wait for him. There are plenty of guys out in the world who are more responsible than he is. Getting locked up for that many violations. It's just ridiculous to have that many and he deserves to be in prison.
Now get out in the world and find you a decent guy that can live his life more responsibly.

He is still a guy who didn't do the right thing and break up with his girlfriend before making you a part of his cheating. You can do better for yourself, but of course that is your choice. If you want to be with him wait for him, but I wouldn't.

Move on. This type of character is going to bring you down. If your relation ship is starting out this bad already its only going to get worse. This is a co-dependent relationship.

he is a loser and does not learn lessons. everyone knows you need a license to drive. find someone else.
