specific gravity is like the weight of your urine when compared to water.. and from your result, its normal (normal value should be written beside the result)

protein and glucose: they are rough index of how your kidney functions.. there shouldnt be any in urine because the kidney's suppose to process it.. and by NIL i suppose it means none..

urobilinogen: its from the breakdown of bilirubin..

rbc's: red blood cells in urine.. im not so sure what the normal values are in that lab but 0-4 from what i know is still normal even if you are a guy..

pus cells: these are white blood cells or those that fight infection.. yours is 4-6 and from what i know, its like a borderline thing because i think the normal is 0-2.. you may need to drink lots of water..

epithelial cells: skin cells that go with the urine as it flows down the urinary tract..

if you are having difficulty urinating, you may have a urinary tract infection.. however, it's still best if your doctor can see you and your urinalysis result..

you got pus and red blood cells in your urine, rbc's comming from kidney? have you suffered a trauma? a kidney malfunction ? Are you pregnate? Preeclamcia, 100 diff things, and maybe nothing. Not a Dr but I play one on Yahoo. PS never heard of NIL RBC's are made of protein, and I've never seen a lab that says Pus cells. It's WBC's with the count and another sheet that explains which ABT will work on them. Read the second sheet and whose records are you getting into? Epi cells are just skin cells. Are u from Canada? This is completely different from US.
