Yes, it's easy. All it takes is a little education about what you're eating. Learn to count calories. You're probably burning well over 2500 calories a day with your workouts. If you keep your calorie intake under 2000, you'll lose weight like crazy. My advice is to eat lots of vegetables, whole grains, and low fat proteins like fish and chicken. Avoid beef and dairy... too much fat. Visit bodybuilding.com he's done a ton of research and explains what's going on very well. Like fat has more calories per gram than carbs and so on.
I see we have a couple of whack-o trolls hanging around. Losing weight is not dangerous if you take in the proper nourishment. Good grief. Trust me... the bodybuilding.com website is one of the best I've found.

The best way to lose weight is to exercise and control what you are eating. It seems like you do exercise, but I dont know about your diet. I suggest you use portion control which is basically cutting down on how much you eat. For example lets say you are used to eating 3 eggs for breakfast -- then start eating 2 eggs instead. The more you cut down the more you'll lose, but you are still able to eat what you like. Also avoid snacking especially late at night.
Also, maybe instead of walking you should jog or ride a bike. The more instense the better. And maybe (since you are 15) you should join a sport at your high school. Its much easier to lose weight playing an organized sport. I was in better shape during high school than now thanks to 4 years of baseball. Make sure you pick a sport you enjoy too.

Ok the key to losing weight because I just did it...my metabolism is way slow. What I did was cut my portions in half, but ate whatever I wanted 3 times, sometimes 4 times a day...the key is portion size. Then I exercised ( has to some kind of cardiovascular stuff ) and I lifted weights. I lost 20 lbs, obviously body fat and I look great. For years I did what you did, but unless you cut portions in half, and continue to eat ( you must eat ) and exercise, all these factors working together you will not lose weight.
Also one suggestion is buy this book Eat Right for Your Type...but you must know your blood type. If you follow the guys recommendations for weight loss for you blood type you will be astounded at the results. Also different exercises work better for different blood types, as do certain foods.
Good luck

you need to watch what you're eating. There are ways to speed up your metabolism. Fat is stored energy. If you have enough in your regular diet, your body won't need to put any into storage. Too much is bad though, there is a happy medium. It is also healthier to eat several small meals rather than three main ones. The best way to get results is to get on a diet/exercise plan, and just stick with it. Remember, a diet is not a way to lose weight, it is a life choice, and you need to stick to it for the rest of your life, and no cheating either, no matter how tempted you are. Also, don't eat every thing off your plate evry meal, simply eat till' you're not hungry anymore, don't be afraid of wasting, because squeazing that last few bites in is really bad for you. See a dietician and set a schedule for every day of the week. Good luck.

A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Don't go to sleep right after you eat. And finally exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week for about 45 minutes.Good luck. You can also get more information about nutrition from this site:

are you eating enough? sometimes not eating enough will actually keep weight on you and you burn muscle because you body is trying to protect itself from mal-nutrition.
Switch to sugar-free drinks. Lower fat intake. Increase protein intake. Drink plenty of water. Take vitamins. Try holding your stomach in all day or whenever you think about it. If you are just sitting, walking, standing. It has really worked for me before. You are only 15, you are suppose to biologically have a softness to you, and I feel even older women are more beautiful with a bit of softness. Women are suppose to have 'i think' 23-30% body fat, been a couple years since my last personal fitness course. Lower your stress level if you can, stress makes you hold weight as well. Be careful and consult a physician if you feel you have a major problem or experience any pain ;)

I found this worked for me at around 17ish
Change how and what you eat.....just working out is going to change ur body only so much then you'll just be maintaining your current weight
WEIGHT train at least 4 days a week.
EAT at least 6 small meals a day
- with that cut out refined carbs white flour(pastas, breads, etc)
- add more lean meats (turkey, chicken breasts)
- raw vegetables (not doused in sauces, or butters etc) steam them
- keep up your boxing and walking add in pilates if you get a chance or want to mix up your routine.
Hopefully that helps.
Best of luck

Hey, wait a minute you're 15 y.o DON'T STRESS OVER IT.
First, try and find an activity / sport which you enjoy, be consistent with ur CARDIO ex. I've trained in martial arts for 10 years, don't go too hard - fast and cause an injury which will slow u down.
Secondly, Eat high calorie foods only in morning. Eat mainly veges and SMALL meals. Try having raw fruit & vegies by juicing that way you get all nutrients with low calorie content. (+some fibre).
Keep smiling, keep punchin.

there's lots of diets and unfortunatly there's no one diet perfect for everyone. So whatever answers you get listen to your body and find one that's right for you. What's worked for me and a lot of family members is: Limit your refined carbohydrates like bread, pasta, rice and sugar (this includes fruits). Meals should consist of some low fat protein like meat, fish, eggs, cheese and tofu, with some good carbs like salad and vegetables. When you are hungry between meals, drink some water (the body is often thirsty rather than hungry) then 5 min later if still hungry have a small protein or vegetable snack.
Combined with the exercise you're doing it should pull of fat.
