If that is your only income (and receiving SSD would suggest you have no earned income) you do not qualify for EIC. See the link below.

No. For the majority of people, SSI and SSD are not taxable. SSI and SSD are not counted as earned income. EIC requires for you to have earned income, as the name implies.
And it makes no difference what you spend it on.

The rules are somewhat different according to where you live (not just geographically but possibly even according to zoning), what you are receiving the income for, and even the kinds of things you spend it for. There are other factors (such as programs you and your children are enrolled in) which can also complicate this. You need to consult people locally that are involved in the matters all your various paperwork covers.

If you have earned income, yes.
Earned income is income gained from employment.
Any other income does not qualify.
