change your LD provider!! I so glad we have a choice now...no more AT&T nor Bell....you never know what they change until a month later, when you get the bill...they both suck! I have VoiP...so no LD changes, and for other countries, I use....onesuite.com, and yahoo.in/out...

There is nothing you can do about that. When you bring it to their attention, they will either put you on hold and leave you there or just ignore you completely. The few times I was supposed to get a credit, it never happened.

I had the all-inclusive calling plan. My bill should have stayed the same every month, but it changed and no one could/would explain why.

I ended up switching to MCI's Neighborhood Plan. They have 200, 500 and unlimited plans for $31.99 - $49.99 a month. I recently switched to the 200 plan since I use my cell for most of my calls.

Thanks to AT&T, I now scrutinize every aspect of my phone bills. The few times that I find an error, MCI will give me a credit for the error AND a month's free service!

Just having AT&T long distance, makes a $4.00 or more charge per month, EVEN IF YOU DON'T USE IT!!! I cancelled my long-distance entirely.!! If I want to make a long distance call, I use a calling card, that costs me about 3 cents a minute. period. no connect charges, nada. No more monthly charges..(Oh, and yes, you can still receive long distance calls, free.).

Hi.All AT&T plans include long distance in their calling plans. You can call anyone in the U.S. at no extra charge. It'll just go towards your regular minutes or free minutes.

Nope - not getting screwed. Loving it in fact!!

Just signed up for their UNITY calling.

Now I can call 1/3 of America for free from my cell and my land line.
