When I was about 20, I took a heavy dose of Quinine Sulfate and have suffered tinnitus for the last 35 years. It comes and goes. When it gets really bad, I take a dose of "meclamine". It's sold over the counter. It seems to help. I'm not sure there is any real 'cure' for this. But Good Luck to you anyway...

I have a temporary tinnitus, the one that's cause by stress or loud noise. It comes and it goes.

Yes , mine went away. I had high pitched ringing in my ears for a few weeks, Doc could do nothing. Then as quick as it came , it went.! Sometimes reoccurs but only for a few minutes. I reckon its due to stress.

Had it for 5 years until I went to the right doctor, help me out, still kind of have it
