I really like him and everytime i look at him now all i wanna do is kiss him. I think he likes me but i know he's not gonna make the first move, not yet anyway cos he has had some probs, a lot going on in his life at the mo, but i can't stop this urge to kiss him. How should i go about it, i don't want to just plant one on him cos that could just scare him off and i don't want that, but how can i build it up and make it special? Maybe even kinda accidental on purpose!! We work together, only a couple of hours in the evening but i don't want it to make things awkward there. I'm 27 and not had a lot of experience on making first moves!! Please help!!

do what one of the actors did on the movie "derailed" this guy bet this girl 20 dollars that he could kiss her without even touching her.and when she agreed to the bet he lend in and kissed her and told her it was worth every dollar!

Wait until he does something extra nice or thoughtful and then say "that was so sweet of you" and lay a light kiss on his lips with a hug.
If he's not interested, you can play it off like you were just overcome with enthusiasm. You know a girly thing.
If he likes you, maybe he'll kiss you back.

To start just after work tell him how you feel then put your hands behind his neck and gently kiss him on the lips. You will know immodestly if you made the correct move. if he rejects the kiss the him your sorry you lost your mind for a second.
I don't think you will have anything to worry about.
I would be ecstatic if it happened to me if i weer interested in the person or not. It is a great confidence builder.

Be honest and be yourself. My approach would be fun and humor. I would say, "I would really love to kiss you. I feel attracted to you. I want to kiss you long, I want to kiss you deep, I want to kiss you wet, I want to kiss you!"
His ears should burst into flames with that. If you see smoke coming from his trousers you know it's working.

take him out for the night itll help with his problems and at the end of the night just give him a quick kiss if you think he likes you back then it shouldnt scare him off but maybe you will have to just try and be patient till he is having a more stable time in his life
