Stretched out from what? Pregnancy? Aging? Being pulled on (as is the tradition in one area of Uganda)?
If you are talking about the external labia (the outer lips)..
Sorry to say, but they're not gettin' any smaller!!
Enjoy whatcha got, and hope the jeans aren't too tight (can be uncomfortable for the wearer)..
PS. There is plastic surgery (a relatively minor procedure) which corrects this problem. It's just a little 'cut and sew'.. very short recovery time.. if you're interested.

If it's from pregnancy then things still need to heal, but will never fully be back to what it was before the birth. If it's after sex, the hymen won't be back. If you're going through puberty and things are maturing in that area you can always have it corrected later in life. Like another person stated, you can get labiaplasty where they reconstruct the external lips.

yes call it nature; during dialation and the child birth process everything "down under" expands to let the child come through and as the swelling reciedes everything goes back in place. Its nature.
