Try Sensodyne or Ora Gel Tooth Desensitizer.

After using some tooth bleaching products I too had very sensitive teeth. It would give me a "zing" of a pain if I drank something cold. I used both of them and it made my sensitive stop hurting. Hope that helps. :)

I would suggest booking in to see your dentist. Until you can get an appointment use tooth paste designed for sensitive teeth along with a soft brusjh and gentle brush this can ease some of the pain. Also you can avoid very hot or cold foods and beverages, and stop any habitual, conscious grinding or clenching. I've been there I understand the pain Ouch!

theirs alot of toothpastes out on the market these days that reduce how sensitive your teeth can be

ur enamel has striped, i say see a dentist and quit coke, coffee, lolies chocolates etc... i am guessing girls can;t stay way from these things
