You could try a muscle relaxant which might make the sneeze reflex less violent - only guessing mind. but it might hurt a bit less> Otherwise all you can do is try to get over your cold as quickly as poss. Take garlic tablets and drink lots of water, keep warm and get plenty of rest. Also look round for any allergens that might give you hay fever and be extra careful to avoid them. Sorry I couldn't be more help. I hope you feel bettersoon.

Green or blue urine is due to the effect of artificial color in food or drug. It may also result from medications including amitriptyline, indomethacin, and doxorubicin. I see that you haven't eaten anything green or taken any medicine, so I'm not sure what else would be causing this. Are you sure you haven't eaten any candy or chewed gum with green or blue food coloring? With the sneezing on top of it all, it sounds like you might be suffering from an allergy. If your symptoms continue, see a doctor.

ask you GP to recommend some antihistamines for you. You can also inhale some steam from hot water. adding some robb to the water will help both your sneezing and the soreness of your chest

Yes, a foolproof way is to press your index finger firmly under your nose (above your top lip) when you feel a sneeze coming on. It's miraculous.

Have you ever sneezed, yawned, coughed, and laughed at the same time? I did once. The paramedics took 12 minutes to show up. I almost died.

I find that when I have sneezing fits, the sure way of stopping them is simply to blow my nose.
Sneezing is the bodies way of getting rid of certain things and you are pre-empting the situation by blowng your nose

Squeeze and wiggle.
Your nose, that is.
Although squeezing and wiggling in general may help get the blood stimulating around your injury, thus healing you quicker. On second thought, that would hurt.
