I love sugar but i know its not good, is raisins and honey a better alternative? or are they just as bad?

"They" say that honey is not as bad, but technically, this refers to raw honey. In reality, the refined honey you buy in the market is just very concentrated. Some say that it is better, because it is so much sweeter and you can use less, but I don't know if that is actual fact.

Raisins are about like candy as the sugars are very concentrated and the raisins stick to your teeth.

honey is a better alternative as well as the raisins but to much of anything is bad for you so dont over do it

they are just as bad...the sugar content of both is very high. Have you tried the new sugar free candy out there? It tastes like the real thing...not nasty like it used to. Russell Stover is the brand that I buy the most, but Hershey also has sugar free chocolate. Also, switch to Splenda instead of sugar for coffee, tea, etc...again, tastes like the real thing.
