It might be because your browser encoding. But as I am really ignorant about all that, I think it is easier to use any of these:
http://jotpuree.com/utils/encodeCyrillicInHtml.php
http://www.2cyr.com/decode/
They will decode those weird symbols into the original Cyrillic counterparts.

Change your 'encoding' setting. If you're using Internet Expolorer, do this through the Page icon.

Chose the encoding cyrillic KOI8-R, if it does not help chose one by one all the other Cyrillic encodings, one of them should work!

You need to download a russian font.

coz ur computer has no russian letters
