No. Satan, otherwise known as the devil, is a marketing tool of the early Christian church.
In early mythology, Satan is an archangel, and God's best friend. He was the creator of trees. His job was to judge mankind. Satan is mentioned only twice in the Bible...once in which he makes bet with God, and another in which he alledgedly tries to tempt Jesus (other early Gospels say that it was the Holy Spirit or mother Goddess who offered Jesus kingship over the entire world, and still some other Gospels do not have the story at all).
The early Church, in an attempt to recreate the Roman Empire using people's faith, created the sinister nature of Satan. They liked the duality of the Persian cult of Mithraism, which had a God of goodness and a God of evil. So, they made Satan a fallen angel that defied God, and gave him the face of the most popular of Pagan Gods in Europe....animal horns and feet. This way they could tell the non-Christian populace that they were worshipping the God of evil, not the God of goodness. They assigned his realm as the realm of torment, also known as Hell. Hell originated from the Greco-Roman faith...it does not truly exist in the ancient Hebrew faith. Then they also elevated his power to being that of a God, while still calling him a "fallen angel".
The devil is purely a human invention.

No, I do not believe in the devil. And, you are asking to prove a negative which is just about impossible to do. So, I ask, what evidence can you offer that the devil exists?
