I always go to office on empty stomach which is wrong and after sipping a cup of coffee I always feel heartburn and to suppress it I just drink a lot of water but the main problem I have is the bulging and aching muscle on my left shoulder. I do not know what causes my left shoulder (just below the left side of my nape) to react like that. Can somebody help me please?

Get it checked out ASAP.

Heartburn and a pain in the left shoulder could be a sign of a heart problem.

Could also be a sign of gastro problem.

With heartburn, if you have acid reflux disease you could increase the problem because your sphyncter is potentially open and the added fluid can raise the level of stomache acid causing it to spill up into esophogus

That may not be heartburn.

Get to an ER the next time it happens, so that they can rule out any type of cardiovascular problem. On the other hand, getting to an ER when it happens can also save your life.

Better than that, see your doctor ASAP for a full physical, including cardiovascular tests. Don't play games with this one.

Sometimes the symptoms you describe can be linked with both liver and heart problems. I would suggest seeing a Doctor to be on the safe side.

What you need to do is go to your doctor and have your heart checked out. EEG, EKG, etc. Bad symptom. Must get checked out soon.
