yea, what were the old punishments?

personally, i think they should be given the death penalty, no questions asked. end em rite there... may sound harsh, but its INHUMANE to cannibalise. so an inhumane act can only be corrected by an inhumane punishment.

OR, kill their conscious mind, and study their brain/body. study what makes em cannibalise on humans... who knows, with advancements in biotechnology, we could create an antidote to cannibalism. for future "cannibalists", we may even "cure" em :)

im not American, nor do i wish to be associated to them, nor do i wish to become one. hate... i have to apologise, my 'theory' on how to punish them is wrong :(... they ARE after all, humans...

i go for the cure! since man started studying the human body, until now, the brain has not been fully understood. there is still more that we can learn and discover about it. and we havn't stopped researching on it. that is why, a solution for a cure should be possible soon :)

Put them to sleep.

Most cannibals are mentally sick in one way or another, and are really pityful. That does not make them less dangerous, because this can't be corrected (so no real need for punishment, is there ?).

In some cases, this had happened to people who had a frontal lobe injury which made them incapable of any emotion. Look at these cases, they are awful, but very pityful.
