Me too, Popeye. I think we hold our breath when we concentrate. Probably goes along the lines of not being able to walk and chew gum at the same time, plus a little ADD, attention deficit disorder...

Could be from stress.

Get a professional massage. It will help you to relax and help normalize your breathing.

Once a month is good. More often if you have high stress or exercise alot.
