I have been told by multiple sources that Rosetta Stone is the best. The other way isn't as fun and it involves going to class, stuydying and learning.
Guess I wish Rosetta Stone had been there when I learned German and Spanish.

Rosetta Stone teaches through immersion and not rote memorization as typical classrooms would have you do. I'd recommend using it to learn one language at a time... But it depends on the languages you want to learn, too. Some are harder than others, so learning Swedish and Japanese at the same time may be friggin' impossible for some people, whereas learning French and Spanish would be easy because of the similarities between the two.

Though I am not expert to answer this question, those people who were born in multi racial society tend to master multiple languages while they were growing up. People will learn language from sounds, not from grammar. If you find the place where you can hear many kinds of languages, you try to spend time in the place.
