I recommend nail polish remover (with an acetone base) on a paper towel or washcloth. You would need to make the cloth or towel fairly damp, and then hold it against the nail glue for approximately 30-60 seconds (long enough for it to saturate and loosen the glue). Then the glue should be fairly easy to remove, by grasping it with the cloth, and sliding it down to the ends of your hair. Since nail glue and nail polish remover are strong chemicals, I would also recommend washing the affected area of your hair once the glue is removed, to wash out any residual chemicals that may dry your hair out.

Sounds crazy but try some Avon Skin So Soft, It actually works on getting many things out, dont get the oil though get the lotion. If that doesnt work you will probably end up having to cut your hair.
