The proper protocol is this:
Groom, best man and officiant enter and stand at the head of the aisle.
Now you can have it where all the groomsmen are there waiting and only have the women walk down the aisle OR you can have the groomsmen and women walk down together.
You need to make sure they are fitted together according to height.
The maid of honor should walk in alone though followed by the ring bearer then the flower girl. After that it's the bride and her dad.
Also, before the wedding party, mother's and grandmothers should be seated and that's usually after the groom has entered.

It's really however you want to do it. I've seen the groomsmen and groom walk down the isle while the bride is waiting at the alter. The rehearsal is a great time to try out different ideas and go with what you like best. Good Luck!

Grandmother of the bride on the arm of and usher/groomsmans followed by grandfather
Mother of the groom on Ushers/groomsmans arm, followed by father
Mother of the Bride on ushers/Best mans arm
(at this point the groomsman make their way back up to the altar to stand with the groom and watch as the rest enter)
Bridesmaids
Maid of honor
Ring bearer(youngest should walk first to oldest walking last)
Flower girls (youngest should walk first to oldest walking last)

The Groom and groomsmen usually dont enter by the aisle, they walk out of the vestry after the mothers are seated and in this order

you can do it however you want! :) usually the usher shows people to the chairs.. the best man greets people.. they go stand at the front with the groom..
the last guest to walk in is the mother of the bride..
after that then you do what you want! :)
its nice to have the flower girls go in first so they can sprinkle away.. then i'd go for the younger bridesmaids then the older bridesmaids.. then the maid of honour.. and finally you and your dad! :)
lovely! :)

<>I like that first answer (and in some cases it's probably true! :), but usually it's flower bearer(s), ring bearer(s), bridesmaids and the bride last. You can mix thme in any order you like, but the bride comes last.
