what causes a person to be shaky or have a feeling that your arm or leg on one side is going to move without you moving it?

Restless Leg Syndrome? It can affect any part of the body. It is not really known why this syndrome happens. Have a doctor check it out. My husband has been diagnosed with this.

depends on alot of things..dehydration, not eating enough..then it could be something neurological.
If there are symptoms of forgetfulness, dumbness in limbs or tingling or your speech starts to be affected, go straight to the hospital or doctor....call an ambulance. STROKE.

It could be Bells palsy I had it once, started with a tingling in the corner of my mouth. Go to the doctors tomorrow.
