Absolutely DO NOT use Yahoo Answers to improve your English. That is one thing you will quickly learn when you see the postings here!
Most postings appear to have been made while the person was being fired at by someone with a high capacity rifle like an AK-47 and they were dashing it off prior to fleeing for their lives.

They say the best ways to improve your skills in any language are to think actively in the language, watch news in the language (or, any TV really), and to read books written in the language.
And my personal favorite... MUSIC! I started learning German 4 years ago, and listening to German music really boosted my vocabulary.
And there's a ton of English music out there from all around the world to which you can listen! So... Try those out, they should help.

A boyfriend that only speaks English, or any friends for that matter but a boyfriend can be a powerful incentive as my teenager daughter found out when she was learning Spanish.
