Well, you went a long time waiting for this person. You probably built them up in your mind to epic proportions and now that you've got them they are just your regular run of the mill guy. You were idolizing him for a long time and now you find out he's just a mere mortal.

Yes. The reality of that person doesn't match the fantasy so it's a let down. It could also be that you lost interest because the thrill or the chase or waiting for what might've been is over.

Yup. Been there, done that. Its the whole infatuation stage. You think they are awsome and that they would be an awsome girlfriend. Then you realize that they are not what you thought or wanted them to be and you make peace with that. Its completly normal, so don't sweat it. You actually meet better people when your not looking, unless your like me and then you attract the phycos! Its actually kind of funny.

What are you waiting for? Sounds like a lost cause.
Start over with someone who doesn't expect you to wait for nothing.

sometimes people aren't who we think they are sometimes our expectations are let down but remember both parties have to try to make it work it shouldn't just be left up to the guy to flatter you and make you feel good maybe you just weren't meant to be better to have a good friend then a relationship thats going no where

It was not the guy you wanted .
Happened to me many times , I even couldn't kiss a girl after I followed her for about 2 months .
