My boyfriend and I just called it quits for a lot of different reasons and yet I still love him in some ways. I know that right now it was not ment to be, but neither of us are handling the split well. He calls almost every hour and I end up texting him atleast 20x a day to check in. I love him very much, but I want to move on. I don't know where to start to even look for a guy my type. All I know is I need to move on and I don't have a clue as to how. Please help...?

stop texting him.. stop answering his calls.. you can do that later... you need to stop clinging to him first... the first step is to admit you guys aren't working out and you did that.. well if it isn't working out let him go!!! let yourself go!! start hanging out with friends and stop ignoring his calls.... see how this goes after 2 weeks. just keep yourself busy... eventually things will get better I promise! once u feel more confident and independent you can text him again. but the fact you guys are still playing games will just hurt you more.. I mean he is as single as you are right now.... how would u feel if you still feel clingy to him and he started dating someone else but is still calling you? that happens and it can hurt. so prevent it and move on.

To move on? Well you can start by network marketing among your friends. Let people know you are single and looking to find someone new. Or you can simply go out and hope a strange guy approaches you and starts a conversation, or you could approach a guy and start a conversation. See we are doing it now. I am a stranger speaking to you, It may not be a physical approach but you reached out and now we have communicated. It is not difficult to meet someone new you just have to put a little effort into it. You will find someone soon. The sooner the better, this is the only way you will get over your ex. Believe me we have all done this at some stage. Good Luck.

The 2 of you still care for each other and I assume you had to break-up? It's either you talk if it's something that can be fixed, or you move on.
