Just been through installing most of those and all do a front and back - not even an inlay - just about to try the Microsoft option. It must look professional.

Microsoft Pub would be good for the flyers and posters. CD Stomper is an old program that came with special paper and a plastic device made to perfectly place a cd label, and you could use that if you could still find it somewhere. The only downside is that printed labels can get hot if played for too long in a car or cd player, and always have the risk of flipping up on one side and catching in the mechanism.
