let's say, if i have a girlfriend but i didn't get to ask when she and her ex broke up. i didn't dare ask if i'm her rebound guy coz i know she won't be honest about it. is there some way to tell if she's on the rebound and only using me as rebound guy?

Even if you asked her if you are a rebound, she would deny it because she wouldn't feel you were if you were. We don't directly go out with a guy right after another guy and think he is just a rebound. Often a woman has genuine feelings, but because she isn't totally healed as far as her past relationship it can be more difficult to hold onto the new relationship.
I have been in a rebound relationship. I honestly thought it was the best way to heal from my old one. I was wrong because I still had my own issues of trust that I brought into the new relationship. It wasn't fair to my new boyfriend or myself. We broke up and retained a friendship. Now he and I are both happy with the right person.
And yes...I did introduce him to friends and family. He was my boyfriend. I just wasn't really ready for another relationship at the time. It didn't mean I cared for him any less.

Usually if she's on the rebound, she'll talk about her failed relationship alot. Everyone is different so it's hard to give you answers for some of the questions you have. Basically though, if she's only been single for less than a few months, she's on the rebound.
If you can't be sure if she'll tell you the truth if you ask her something as simple as "Are you on the rebound", you might want to look into being with someone who can be upfront with you about their feelings & motives.

If you're the rebound, you won't meet family. You may meet the friends if she wants to show you off for approval. You might try asking around to find out when she and her ex broke up. Other than that, you'll know you're the rebound when you get dropped. It's a vicious game.

Yes, she'll act like that but you'll know she is on the rebound by the interest she still shows in the ex's affairs. She would still try and impress him or make him jealous.

You are her rebound guy if she's distant but still puts out. And she usually goes out with her friends on the weekends and calls you when she has nothing better to do.

Look rebound guy...ride it out and I do mean ride it out...let the sex be frequent frenetic and fullfilling and forget the filly after she fails to foment the frelationship fproperly!!

When your on one of those late night phone calls with her, and relationships start coming up (as in what you look for in relationships and stuff like that, not relationships that you've had) just casually ask her when her last one ended, don't make a big deal about it.

Sometimes when a woman drinks too much alcohol they go into this awful long one-way conversation of their messed up life. Thats a huge indicator. You girls know what I am talking about.
