Depends upon what your definition of love is. If you believe you love her, leave her alone with her to be husband. Do you know the marriage vows and when the priest confers: "What God has put together, no man can split asunder". By interfering and putting in your two bits, at this late stage, your intention would be anything but noble.

Better break it off right now than perpetuating a lie. Why would you marry somebody when you are in love with somebody else? Just tell your ex anyway how you feel about her. You did not give any indication on how she feels about you. Has she moved on already? If she has, there is no need to remain in the past as you both have chosen different paths. If you do not know about her feelings about you, confront her to find out where you both stand. If she still loves you and willing to give it a try. Hey, why not go for it once again. Maybe your relationship will be better the next time around. Believe it or not, love is the foundation of any marriage. Without it, it won't last. Better marry someone you love. By marrying somebody you don't, you are lying to her and consequently jeopardizing her happiness. She could have had the potential to find love and live a much better life. I do not think you would do any harm to the child by marrying her instead. You could provide the child with a loving home as whereas if she were to marry the other guy it could have ended in divorce sooner than later.

Hmm.. I'd go with a no. Especially if she's having a kid with the other guy. You should focus on your fiance, if you love her, and get over the ex.
P.S. I'd try out Earl's toilet brush breast massage, it sounds delightful.

No. She's starting a family with another man. Too little, too late. You should break up with your fiancee though, you don't love her so why marry her?

NO. You may also want to analyze your commitment to your fiancee before you do something that will make you both unhappy.
