I have five male cats so believe me I know what you are talking about. They are all neutered that doesnt matter. Male cats always are territorial, they think when the other one walks in they are invading their territory. Sometimes mine fight bad and they have lived together for a long time. It wont really stop but I try to tell them NO. One of my cats is extreme in this case so I spray him with a water bottle and that helps for a while but then he reverts back to this behavior. Just try to give them equal amounts of attention and let them know that its not okay to behave like this but in a gentle way. Just telling them no they know the tone of voice. So anyway to sum things up its a natural thing they do neutered or not.
Ciao

Its their nature to do this. They spray everything to to let the other cats know to stay out. And if he goes in another male cats territory, well the other cat will attack him.

he's either looking for a sparring partner, or just doesn't like his space invaded. generally speaking, if you have a two cat household, a male and female make better companions than two same sex, even after they've been spayed or neutered.
