You need to be very careful. Do not touch the cold sores. It is Herpes simplex one, you could spread it to other parts of your body. Products such as Carmex or Abreva (in the capstick aisle). More information here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cold_sores

The herpes virus brings about cold sores. You could be infected with them from sharing drinks, used utensils, sharing lipsticks, and by kissing someone who has them. Cold sores are moderately uncomfortable blisters that might turn up around the lip area, or perhaps the interior of the mouth or nostril, elsewhere on your face, or somewhere else on your body.
They can appear because of higher stress, the common cold, fever, winter weather, particular foods, and also an excessive amount of direct sun light. The location can start to tingle, itch, or burn, thereafter a blister may show up. The sore could dry and develop a yellowish crusting. They could last anywhere from seven days to fourteen days. People can try to mask the cold sore using makeup, however this normally will make the cold sore worse.
To exterminate them, an individual may go about using a cold sore special product, use lip balm with sun screen, use hydrogen peroxide, take echinacea, vitamins C and also E, and also completely avoiding touching it. By just adopting a few changes in lifestyle, it really is achievable to hinder them and even stifle them from reoccurring.

This works better than any medicines...
Go to the store and buy a bottle of roll on liquid deoderant. Ban rollon, i have heard from three friends works like magic on cold sores. All three said it is very important to take a piece of tape and tape over the lable, then right on it with big black marker to say USED ONLY FOR COLD SORES, DO NOT USE... so nobody else uses it if you live with others. If someone shaved under their arms and used it, they could have problems. Then when you start getting one, dab some of the liquid on twice a day and it wont come, then if somehow you already have one, go ahead and use it many times aday until it is done, when it has dried up, and becoms hard, put neo sporine with pain releiver on it to keep it soft so it wont make a scar, and will heal faster.

I got clinically diagnosed with herpes virus (type 2) about four years back, when I was still in college and had a foolish one-night stand. I know loads of young women say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the implications for my entire life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date other men again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl who has sores round her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/GvtN9 everything improved.
Not only was I able to remove all traces of the herpes virus from my body in less than three weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience true love again. Now I hope that I can help others too by sharing this story.

Cold sores is the herpes virus... you need medication. Use a lipbalm like Carmex. That should help it go away... or at least the pain that comes with it.

Without medication? All you can do is wait. But that's why they have the medication, because it takes awhile.
