is there ANY diet out there that has you lose a lot of weight but makes you feel cleasned and refreshed without starving urself? im on atkins right now and my body feels like hell! please help.

Yes. You can do it.
Have a glass of warm water in the morning and exercise. Rest for some time. Bath. Now you will feel good hunger. Keep sprouts prepared. Wash sprouts and have your breakfast with it. No tea, coffie or anything else.
Have plain water as per needs.
Light lunch if you feel hunger otherwise keep with water as per need. You should avoid carbohydrates, fatty, spicy and stale food and use green vegitables and salads.
In afternoon you can have cocoanutwater.
In dinner you can use foods as per hunger, avoid rice if possible.
The best food will be sprouts and salads whole day if you don't face hunger problem or gas.
Never eat without hunger.

How about a Grape and Mineral Water detox!?

You can do it Once every 3 Months(Depending on your Own health,Time frame and Pre-existing medical issues).

You stay around the house (Or take short walks,Locally)from Friday evening till Sunday Evening and consume as Much Water and Grapes as you feel you want!

It's a Great way of Cleaning out the Body!

Six weeks atkins ,after thatstart with fruit but make shure 2 h betwen meal with protein@carbs.We need to eat everything just
make shure 2h betwen and no eating after6pm.Good health is the moust important!!!

diets only make you fat..
because you starve your body of what it needs and your body reacts by storing more fat to compensate for next time.
the only thind that works to make you lose weight is...
calories in V's calories out. it doesn't matter how you get your calories to lose them you have to burn them. just about all those fad lose weight quick diets are only doing more long term harm and 90% of what you lose isn't fat anyway it's fluid, and thats why you feel so crappy.
if you eat 1 big mac you'll have to jog for about 2-3 hours to burn it ALL off so your better off having a chicken breast with vegies or salad much more healthy and filling and easier to burn off

argh atkins is terrible .. all those mood swings

You have 2 shakes a day but you get to have fruit and a good meal and you will lose weight if you follow it
ive lost my first 2kgs in one week.

Weight watchers is the best. You don't starve and you learn to eat right. You can eat almost anything (cheese, meat, pasta, pizza, fruit, and lots of veggetables) as long as you measure quantity and you don't use too much fat.

Second time (You Takes breakfast, Lunch, diner) Eat limited,
Tired time (You takes body exercise and sports play) Regularly.

I suggest asking a dr about adipex if you need to lose a significant amout of weight

its call a fruit and vege diet, if u want to feel full for longer, u'll need to eat high protein and fibre foods such as almonds, tuna, beans (yes u'll fart like crazy hehe)

Diets probably aren't going to help much. Just eat healthily and excercize.
