well...sometimes she would sit by herself in the cafeteria and i want to talk to her..but i dont know what to say...and plus she might think im wierd if i just go up and sit down beucase ive never talked to her b4

You will find this situation continues to occur in your adult life, at least that's my experience. What I do is look around and figure out where I want to sit, I walk up next to an empty chair, smile real nice, and say, "May I join you?"
I have never gotten a negative response unless they were saving a seat. If there are other empty seats I may ask "is this seat taken also?" pointing to another empty chair.
From there just go easy. Tell her your name, ask hers. Tell her what you like to do, ask her what she likes. Talk about the food. Most of all have fun and smile.

If you could muster the courage to just walk right up, slowly sit down, look her straight in the eyes and say :" My name is ----- and I really think you are beautiful and would like to ask you out to dinner Saturday night." , I guarantee an 80% chance of success if she is unattached. It may not happen immediately but at least you got the conversation going dramatically. How could she ever turn down a person who knows what he wants and thinks she is beautiful. Even if she thinks it is a line of BS, she will go for it anyway.
I say this to you with all seriousness. However , when fooling around when we were younger we would go up to strangers on a dare and say similar if not bolder things. Eighty percent accepted. The only the girls think you are weird is when you say nothing.

Find something you have in common, or just talk to her 1 time and say you'll talk to her later so that way she'll expect it. If you have friends that know her, have them help you.

Don't worry about looking weird. If she's lonely she won't care anyway. Just say hi and she'll be happy to have someone to talk to.

well if u wanted to talk to her then u would have already. stop being shy and go talk to her. its not like u have somethong to lose anyways u dont know her and she dont know u. so man up and get to know her.

Go up to her honestly, confidently but not 'stuck-up', and be yourself. Just ask her what's up. Just start talking to her.
