my hair is about 2 inches long... can i get cornrows

your hair probally needs to be at least 4 inches long before anyone to cornrow it. It would be hard to cornrow hair thats 2 inches, unless you added extentions.

the longer the better, there's no real limit technically but most people won't be able to do it right now. Some people (like myself) have trouble with 6 inch long hair when it comes to cornrows.
Find out who's gonna do it and ask them, it may be 2 inches or it may be 5, all depends on who's doing it and how fine their grip is.

No you can not get corn rows when its only 2 inch. It needs to be about 4 or 5 inches. I used to have corn rows and i had more then 5 inches.! Or you can go ask at the salon if you can get your hair corn rowed when its only that short. They'll tell you yes or no. Maybe even we'll try.!

2 inches is enough but they won't be long. if you do get them done make sure you use a good conditioner as the hair tends to become dry and breaks easier.

if you are Caucasian pretty long, if you have courser hair like us African Americans at least an inch to two inches or longer

It would make it a lot easier on the styler if you let it grow two more inches

yes 2 inches is long enough to get corn rows. you can also have extensions braided into it to make it appear longer.

Yes, you can. Even though is more difficult because it is so short, but if the person knows how to do it well, it can be done!!
