Hi Earl, I wouldn't do that if i was you. You will end up having it taken off. I have been told,that is a lot more painful,than getting a tattoo. I have 5 tats,and i love every one i have. It tells a story about me.All 5 are awesome. If you want to have property of chuck norris,have them put it on your lower back,or a cross the upper back. I would never have anything tattoos on my forehead ever. A Friend

I don't think so because there are many Chuck Norris' so it would look like you were somebody's property any way people think of doing these things only as a joke.
