Hi,
The best freeware antivirus is AVAST! and AVG antivirus.
My personal favourite anti-spyware prog is SPYBOT.

You can find all these progs at WWW.DOWNLOAD.COM.

As of this moment, I would recommend AVG Free Edition. Ive been using this antivirus for a couple of monts and I haven't experienced any problems with my PC reagrding spyware and viruses. ;)

AVG is good. Windows Defender is okay if you know how to stop it eating up 99% cpu when scanning.
Just go to www.torrentspy.com and get some full version stuff for free!

Norton, AVG, Avast are free antivirus software.

i might pass with Avast. i take advantage of it myself and prefer it. Have used Norton and McAfee, neither worked stable. i decide for to propose Avast to every physique searching for anti-virus utility no remember if or no longer they plan to purchase or get for loose.
