My boyfriend and I fight over the housework. We both work full time. I do all of the housework and we fight over it. We decided that I'd still do it but now I get paid $100. a month and I don't have to nagg him. His family thinks It is my job as a vagina keeper to do it regardless. We have a 2 yr old and I like a clean house. They e-mail me evil messages and claim that he should leave me. Do you think a better solution is to do all of the work and shut up about it? My man agrees, so why the haters?

You and he need to do what works for both of you.
The $100/month does not sound like a long term solution, but it seems to be working for now.
What you haven't directly mentioned .. is that you now need his support to get them to shutup and stop sending you hate mail and verbally abusing you.

leave his family out of it their opinion doesn't matter....divide the chores up 50/50 you will learn to appreicate each other if he is not willing to work on a solution get ready he will never work with you on issues you will face as a couple/family

It sounds like his family is stuck back about twenty years, so just igonre them and work on the agreement you and your b/f have.

Your boyfriends needs to deal with his family. Tell him that either he makes it clear to them that you are to be treated with respect as his partner, and that they need to keep their noses out of your household arrangements, or you will send him back to his mommie dearest who will probably be happy to pick up after him and wipe his a*ss for him.
