i don't wanna suggest only food. u asked how so i'll tell u how not juz by eating, ok. first of all, be discipline. the secret to lose weight is burn more calories than u eat. then, exercise regularly, running along with the music is a fun and best way. sit up, skipping n many more. then, eat a lot of fibre, drink a lot of water. for a better result, please do consult a dietician. bye n good luck
