I am not a fan of mutton, in fact i hate it but maybe your head aches are from a lack of protein, mutton tastes like clay to me.

Perhaps, it is more FATTY, I dont feel comfortable, either, eating mutton, nor do I like its smell, maybe, it adds more to our cholestrol levels too, than does fish, or chicken.

Mutton is know to contain very, very high levels of 'Ovis ovis cuppedia' (I think it's latin for something), which gives some people a headache...

The high content of uric acid in meat, it tends to pollute the blood and make it acidic...buy the way fyi meat cauases cancer because of making the body acidic which cancer loves! Try hemp protein or maca from peru! good source is healthywiseorganics.com
