Last Christmas I tried to fit on my jeans that had my size, but to my surprise it couldnt slide over my bottom. I realized I needed to work out more to flatten it and get rid of the lunk around my upper legs. What can I do?

Thanks for all your answers, but I am 14 and the only thing that stands out is my butt. Please provide answers on that.

Trust me you do not want to flatten your butt!!! You will learn to appreciate it :) But if you want to tone it doing squats is the best way.

If I were you I'd buy a bigger size and show it off, =) But if it bothers you that much, grab a chair, stand up straight, then pretend to sit down on it only don't sit in it and do not let your butt touch the chair, keep your tooshie in the air =), and repeat this. Works like a charm, even to tighten instead of flatten.

First you can shut the hell up!!!! Most men NEED some junk in the trunk, so calm down. You can tone but we need at least a handfull or else it's a wasted booty!!!

God gave women the Booty so men have something to hold at night!!!!

Long Live the Booty!!!

Get Cycling!!
It's a Great way to firm-up and trim your thighs,butt and tummy!!
And Cycling can be fun(Not like going to the Gym)

Don't eat too much(i mean fat things)and when you go on holiday swim all the day and eat a bit.Also go to the gym
