Oh no, I haven't made Starbucks coffee at home because I prefer to go to the establishment itself where the atmosphere is more conducive to enjoying the superb drinks served and complementing it with a serving or two of their mouth watering pastries and other delicious snacks. You can't get this well-rounded breath-taking experience at home where you're isolated from the excitement awaiting you at Starbucks.

Policy is to remake your coffee for free if you're unhappy with it. You must have been quite mean to tick off the manager enough to not do that for you. That's slightly unreasonable that you'd want the Barista to be FIRED just because your drink didn't taste perfect. It happens sometimes. The shots for your drink may not have been pulled at the right timing (this is the fault of the machine, but the machine should be calibrated every now and then.) While I cannot speak about ALL of them, the Baristas are pretty kickass for the most part. I think you're being a little too critical.

You have described to a tee what Starbucks does when they make coffee. This is why it tastes so starbucky. You may have succeeded, but why would anyone in their right mind want to make Starbucks coffee! IT SUCKS and is exceptionally poor quality that is poorly over-roasted and doesn't taste very good. Your success at home accomplishes a feat that was always deemed impossible except by new brides. Pioneers like yourself, need to open your own business and call it 'Crap on Every Corner Coffee'. Its a revolutionary idea!
