Yeah, good point. Why would He/She/It pick a certain group of people to be the Chosen anyway?

Sorry ,I think as if some boss ,give a recomdation letter ,saying:-
Due to convenant that this person done with me,and due to the
certificates he has,& the efforts he agreed to carry ,& his
commtmnts,I say proudly: he is the best for for eternity .
If he stick to all above.!
then the person,just tear the lower part of letter,that has the last
line..
This ,as johny zondo said,is the problem of all,bcz it is easier
to hang the upper part of rcmndtn ltr on our hats,than to work
or fulfill our commtmnts.

Not a Jew... but it's my understanding that there was a bargain struck between the Jews and God - that if the Jews would choose to elect God as their only deity, than God would choose them as his only people.
