Or is it all made up?
If not, can I believe in and worship the god Pan and not do so in vain or feel foolish in he may not even be real?

If the christian god exists, then so do all the others that have existed throughout time. So go ahead, and enjoy yourself. If you want to believe in pan, thats fine by me.

Yes, the Old Gods are very real. I'm an Ásatrúar and worship the Norse Gods myself.


The thing with the Ancient Gods is that only had a handful of worshipers within the last 1600 years. This is a big change from the way it used to be. They haven't had much to do in that time, and I think they're a little bored, you know. ;-) So they tend to take a very keen interest in our lives and actually listen to our prayers.

Depends on what you mean by "really existed". No god can be proved to exist objectively. I believe in the old gods, and the old ways,but you may believe as you choose.

It is 100% okay to worship something that may or may not be real. Most people do.

Several encient gods existed.Today too several gods exist.There are gods for those who believe.But it is foolish to believe in all kinds of gods because there are'nt any gods!
