not an issue , unless your desire is to fly fighters
in the US, for private pilot privileges you are required to have a third class medical certificate. as long as your corrected vision is 20/40
you are good to go.
the regs: 14 CFR 67.303
67.303 Eye.
Eye standards for a third-class airman medical certificate are:
(a) Distant visual acuity of 20/40 or better in each eye separately, with or without corrective lenses. If corrective lenses (spectacles or contact lenses) are necessary for 20/40 vision, the person may be eligible only on the condition that corrective lenses are worn while exercising the privileges of an airman certificate.
(b) Near vision of 20/40 or better, Snellen equivalent, at 16 inches in each eye separately, with or without corrective lenses.
(c) Ability to perceive those colors necessary for the safe performance of airman duties.
(d) No acute or chronic pathological condition of either eye or adnexa that interferes with the proper function of an eye, that may reasonably be expected to progress to that degree, or that may reasonably be expected to be aggravated by flying.

Of direction. Lots of airline pilots are feminine. You do not have got to have superb eyesight to be a pilot. You do not even want superb imaginative and prescient to be a US air drive pilot. To be a business pilot, your imaginative and prescient demands to be correctable to twenty/20. There's extra to it than that however the 20/20 requirement is the only so much men and women are worried approximately.

and to add further using lazik to correct yr eyes doesn't earn u the chance to fly commercial/military either. the reason is lazik will cos minor to severe night blindness as a side effect. so eye surgeons don't do pilots either. u could however get yr self a private license fm any flight training school and fly a leisure craft that's about it. no further career.
