Do you own dating rights to these other men? If you do then I would definitely read her the riot act--- but I am sure you don't, so as they say, all's fair in love and war. Your friend may not be a much of a friend as you think, but on the same hand would you deny her the possibility of being happy?

wow. some friend. let them have eachother, let them be. When it ends up not working out, she'll probably come back and apologize. If not, who cares. Go on with your life. Evidently he wasn't supposed to be yours, because if he was, you would be dating him. The powers-that-be must have another guy in mind for you. Don't sweat it, sweetheart.

you should tell her how you feel. it`s better to let her know how you feel than to put up with seeing them together. if she`s a real friend, she`ll think about it && hopefully stop.
