There's a trick that bald men use to promote hair growth. Shave it. Shave now. Shave often. Shave. Then watch it grow thicker. But this may not suit your situation.

You may wish to try Avon's Advanced Techniques VOLUMIZING shampoo and conditioner, and the leave in Ultra Thick Volumizer. They are body building products for the individual strands of hair, not something that makes your overall look poofier.

i've heard about the product mane n tail that can make our hair 3 times thicker. maybe you could try that out.

A layered hair cut will do, chin length, a few subtle highlights might help,and try L'Oreal voluming hair line.

there is some stuff i am buying it monday lol i dont know the name but it is in a green bottle. i am buying it for the first time. my hair is getting thin no body.
